My Life Experiences As A Leather Furniture Retailer

Brief look at what it is Maple's Leather is trying to achieve.
I recently read an article in Furniture today, talking about social media , a self proclaimed old timer was describing that even though social media and the power of technology has changed the way businesses run. He was noting not to forget about the message you are sending out and to remember the merchandise too.
This brought about my thoughts of what message I am sending to my consumers and what I am trying to do. As a retailer I want to make sure I promoting the best possible product for a fair price. I am not interested in selling something that I cannot put a certain amount of pride into. I want to make sure it is quality furniture and fairly priced. I have always thought when it comes to something you sit on everyday you want to make sure it will hold up to the test of time but have value too. So what is value to me , it is a hard wood frame that does not creek or crack. It is a 100% all leather sofa that does not peel or have the finish rub off. It is a cushion that does not compress after a years use. This value does not always come at the cheapest price, Consumers all too often will be driven by price , sadly price and quality often do not come together. When you find something out there that has quality it may not be at the cheapest price.
Here is a photo of the cortes sofa and the rocky recliner, these hand tufted styles are not cheap, they are custom made. They are not made in china , they are actually hand tufted. Quality here Yes, fairly Priced Yes! Will it take 8 to 10 weeks yes, This is an art form not a cookie cutter way of producing furniture. Is it worth the wait Yes!
