Maple's Leather Furniture Inc. Policies

TO PLACE AN ORDER:

To place an order, we require a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance prior to shipment from the manufacturer. Orders will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full. Orders will be confirmed by mail or email, please contact Maple's Leather Furniture if any errors are on your paperwork otherwise all orders will be considered correct.You will be required to review and sign a confirmation for your order. You will be notified by mail or email of an approximate shipping date once your order is acknowledge by the manufacture. For orders and inquiries, please call 866-561-5858 or fax to 828-898-6113.  Customer service is available Monday through Saturday, 9am. until 5 p.m. Showroom hours are By Appointment.

PAYMENT:

To keep our costs down and your price low Maple's ask that you use a personal check or money order, although we gladly accept credit cards.

TAXES:

Maple’s is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state other than North Carolina. Each state manages and dictates different policies and requirements. North Carolina residents add 6.75% sales tax.

DIMENSIONS:

Dimensions are approximate and may vary several inches due to the technique of each individual craftsman. If exact measurements are required, it must be specified by consumer and appear on your sales receipt.

CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES:

You must notify Maple's Leather Furniture Inc. as soon as you receive your paper work to cancel or make any changes, as any delay will cause you to incur a restocking fee. Once the leather is cut a restocking fee will be charged. However as long as you notify us within 5 business days or before the leather is cut we will be happy to make any changes. To cancel your order you will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. Each order will be acknowledged immediately upon acceptance by Maple’s Leather Furniture Inc. The acknowledgment should be checked immediately and if in error advise Maples Leather Furniture Inc. at once.

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES AND CLAIMS:

We offer free local delivery for Boone, Blowing Rock, and Banner Elk. Our out of town service is nationwide in home delivery. All furniture is carefully inspected and packaged according to trucking requirements. The transportation company assumes full responsibility for safe delivery upon acceptance of the shipment. The bill of lading is an acknowledgment by the transportation company of receipt in good condition of the shipment covered by our invoice. If shipment arrives damaged:

  1. Note any visible damage or loss on freight bill.
  2. In case of concealed loss or damage, notify Maple's Leather Furniture Inc. This should be done within five (5) days of receipt of furniture.
  3. Be sure to unpack and make a full inspection of all furniture before signing the bill of lading.
  4. All civil claims and ligation's must be filled in Avery County NC.
SWATCHES:

Swatches of all of our leather colors are available for you to view before ordering. The manufacturer and style of the piece you are considering will determine which swatches will be appropriate for you to view. Please know the name of the piece you are considering, and the color groups you are interested in when requesting swatches. For example, brown, greens, or purple. You can request swatches with our sales staff at 1-866-561-5858 or place your swatch request online on the Contact Us page.

GUARANTEE:

At Maple's, we want each customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. All companies represented by Maple's Leather Furniture Inc. offer a warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Please phone our sales staff for more specific details about each manufacturer warranties. Maple's searched the nation to find manufactures that put their reputation on the line in the quality they bring to our showroom. We sought out lines that have a sterling reputation and deliver a quality product in a timely manner. We warrant that all merchandise will be delivered in a condition which meets standards set by the manufacturers. If at any time you are concerned about your order or delivery please phone Maple’s at once for straight forward answers to all your questions.  Please note that all items must be deliverable and it is up to the consumer to determine if the furniture will fit through doors, rooms, and surroundings. If an item is undeliverable the consumer will be responsible for restocking fees and freight.
